Overview of the Archdiocese’s Child Safeguarding Policy
The Archdiocese is wholly committed to ensuring the safety, well-being and dignity of all
Children, and it acknowledges its important legal, moral and spiritual responsibility to
create a safe and nurturing environment for those Children. It has zero tolerance for the
abuse, mistreatment or bullying of Children or discrimination against Children. The
Archdiocese strives to maintain an organisational culture of respect for Children and
Children’s opinions, rights, safety and well-being.

Catholic Care Support in Family Crisis
Catholic care line service helps Sydney families find the resources they need in a crisis. We are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and can be reached on 13 18 19.
Our Parent line service for parents of children aged 0 – 8 years is open 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday excluding Public holidays.Call 1300 1300 52 to speak directly to a counsellor.
Protection of children

Church Fire Door Exits
Please be aware of the closest exits doors in the church. Should a fire occur, please exit the church and proceed to the car park behind the church this area is a designated meeting area. Fr Gabriel and the Acolytes will be your fire wardens and will give you instructions.
