What is the point of Eucharistic Adoartion?

Experience with Adoration of The Blessed Sacrament

So what is Eucharistic adoration?

If you didn’t spend time at all with your spouse would you be married ? Would you be in a relationship?

Physiologists tell us that there is depth of pain when we lack empathy from significant people in our lives.
How much pain is experienced by Jesus when we neglect Him in the same way for most of our lives? Just because we are too busy,
to preoccupied with ourselves our desires!

We need Jesus in the time and space of our lives.

This is the heart of Eucharistic adoration! Nothing theological or complex to grasp.

St Peter Eymard stated “The Holy Eucharist is a need of the heart of Christ, just as it is a need of our hearts.”

Our hearts NEED Jesus.

When Jesus was approaching his final hours in the Garden of Gethsemane he said,

“Get up and pray that you may not come into the time of trial”.( ST Luke 22-40 NRSVCE).

Spend time practising Heaven  & meet Jesus at St Bernadette’s Carlton every Monday’s through Saturday 8pm -11pm.

Lay your problems and all that burdens your heart and soul you upon his shoulders. He WILL NEVER abandon you! Do not abandon Him!

“Accept the risen Jesus into your life. Even if you have been far away, take small steps towards him. He awaits you with open arms.”
Pope Francis 2013

Eucharistic Adoration
This is the wonderful truth, my dear friends: the Word, which became flesh two thousand years ago is present today in the Eucharist.St John Paul II
Church Belief
The Christian Creed - the profession of our faith in God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and in God's creative, saving, and sanctifying action - culminates in the proclamation of the resurrection of the dead on the last day and in life everlasting. (CCC 988)
Church Mission
The Church’s mission, directed to all men and women of good will, is based on the transformative power of the Gospel. (Pope Francis 2017)
Church Community
The human person needs to live in society. Society is not for him an extraneous addition but a requirement of his nature. Through the exchange with others, mutual service and dialogue with his brethren, man develops his potential; he thus responds to his vocation. ( CCC 1879)
